Clicker & Target Training IABTC Certified Awards Beginners Workshops Regular Clicker Challenge Group Sessions
IABTC Certified Clicker & Target Training Awards You can work towards 4 levels of achievment with IABTC and once successful use the relevant initials. IABTC/C&T1 - Basic use of clicker and target, timing, shaping, cues etc IABTC/C&T2 - Development of your skills - more complex behaviours IABTC/C&T3 - Analysing behaviour patterns, developing chains etc IABTC/Inst.C&T4 - Teaching C&T to others. Join the clicker group sessions every other month for tuition and assessments.
Introduction to Clicker & Target Training Beginners workshops are held regularly to help get you started on this excellent training technique. These workshops are open to all breeds and just require a reasonable amount of control as a starting point. Dogs must be friendly for this workshop. 2012 Dates - January 28, May 5, November 24. Cost £47.00 per handler and dog (Includes a Free Clicker for every dog and handler).
Clicker & Target Training Group We hold regular sessions for those who already use C&T but want to progress. Four levels to work towards. (See IABTC Certified Awards above). 2012 Dates: January 26, March 29, May 31, July 19, September 27, November 29. Cost £18.00 per session. (Thursday 9.30-12.30) NB For those wishing to join in there is also a HTM session in the afternoon of each of these dates - why not bring your lunch and make a day of it for just £30.00
NEW........New..........New...... IABTC Certified Clicker & Target Training Instructor (C&T4)
As part of our clicker & target training range of awards you can become an IABTC C&T Approved Instructor. This award will be evidence of your knowledge and hands on ability in clicker training as well as your ability to teach clicker training to others. To gain this award you will have to first gain IABTC C&T 1,2 and 3 as well as gain an instructor award at one of our 4 day instructor courses.
