Rally Obedience and Trials

Rally Obedience is a growing sport in the UK and it is now rgulated by the KC. The idea of the sport is that you make your way around a course that is set up with signs - at each sign you read and do the exercise it tells you. It is not a competitive sport - and you can qualify through the various levels. Though testing and challenging, it does not require the same accuracy level as KC competitive obedience, so it is more accessible to a greater range of handlers and dogs. Led by Angela White (owner/trainer of 2 RL1AEx titled dogs and qualifed to judge level 1&2), we have regular half day (morning) training sessions. 9.30 - 12.30. Cost £18.00 per session. After the summer sports week the IABTC proudly hosted the first ever North Eastern Rally Obedience Trial. The sun was shining and an enjoyable day was had by all.
