Ideal for those working in the canine industry – instructors, behaviourists, dog walker, groomers, etc.

     At the end of the day you will have the ability to:

1. Correctly perform an assessment of and care for someone in a given simulated first aid at work situation

2. correctly perform simulated cardiopulmonary resuscitation using a mannequin and chest compressions with rescue breaths

3. correctly perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation using a mannequin and an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)

4. correctly place a person into the recovery position

5. make a simulated 999 call to the emergency services

6. correctly document what occurred in a simulated situation into an accident/injury logbook.
